Working on this project was incredibly rewarding, both for its historical depth and as a design challenge. I created three immersive projection exhibits with Cosmic Carrot, and it was a joy collaborating with Creative Director, Mark and Producer Becky Kearney, whom I've known since the early days of my museum career.

The Steadfast Shelter show brings the 400 year history of RHC to life with animated archival imagery and captions projected at large-scale around the room and in the ceiling.

Within the same room I also developed the accompanying projection within the life-size accommodation berth. An animated shadow of a Chelsea Pensioner and their personal possessions change in sync with the historical period featured in the surrounding show.

The other exhibit uses predominantly animated historical imagery and assets projected on three walls, ceiling and floor to immerse visitors in the Battle of Waterloo and the lying in state of the Duke of Wellington.
